  Why buy at Costco?

Costco Wholesale is a retailer that shares similar values with Texas A&M, and a culture of respect for families veterans, and community.

Just as Texas A&M has been recognized as the happiest campus in the nation, Costco Wholesale is known as a happy place with happy employees - as demonstrated by high customer satisfaction and service scores. And just as Aggies value service and community involvement, Costco Wholesale gives back to its communities through support of organizations that help children, education, and health and human services.

  Academic Partnership

Mays Business School faculty and the Center for Retailing Studies will lend academic analysis to the Roadshow at Costco by exploring social media impact ROI. After the sale ends, researchers will evaluate the effect of engagement from Texas A&M University’s official Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Linked in channels on product sales.

This is the first time in over 30 years that the Center for Retailing Studies has partnered with a vendor and retailer to execute a real-word sales promotion that students and faculty can use for research and classroom learning.
